Our Opportunity

Our partner wants to improve efficiency by reducing operating costs and standardizing processes. They sought guidance on the feasibility of establishing a Shared Service Center (SSC) to address these needs.

The challenge involved identifying cost optimization possibilities, selecting which departments would be suitable for an SSC setting, and managing the project from inception to implementation.

Without a designated location identified yet, they also required comparative insights into staffing, labor laws, salaries, and compensation structures in targeted European regions.

Making informed decisions about the overall feasibility and the possibilities of driving positive transformation was key to success.
