My work centers on experience design, leveraging data, technology, and human-centered methodologies to deliver strategic transformation and operational clarity.

I hold a degree in Industrial Economics, and am educated in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence for business. I am also a COPC Certified Implementation Leader.

I founded CT CXSolutions AB in Stockholm, Sweden in 2020 — an independent consultancy service that evolved into what is now known as The CTCX Collective: a network of specialists, designers, and strategists who help companies design and build both business and human experiences.

Our collective model allows us to immerse deeply in our clients’ goals, offering tailored, high-impact solutions shaped by a diverse group of experts.
